The easiest, safest and most convenient way to order is from our online shop. You can easily put together and order your required products. If you have found a product, you can place them in the shopping cart by clicking on the shopping cart button. The contents of the shopping cart can be viewed at any time by clicking the cart button from the top menu.
The products can be removed from the cart at any time by clicking the button [X], respectively. To buy the products in your cart, click the checkout button. You will then be prompted to enter your Paypal details.
Orders can also be submitted via email on email@example.com orders via email should include customer address / delivery address, payment method, and the items you wish to order.
Usually orders are shipped out in less than 48 hours. Delivery is done via DHL and in normal circumstances takes approximately 7 to 10 working days.
Clients will be notified via email if the goods are out of stock.

If you unsatisfied or your product is not delivered in good condition kindly contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org. Kindly also forward your personal details and order number.
Our Pumps, Heaters, Filters and Timers are all covered with 2 years warranty after purchase date. We also offer extended warranty, for more information feel free to contact us on email@example.com.
